Questions

What pharmacies ask first

Do we have to change our pharmacy software?
No. monsi connects to the system you already use. Orders flow in when they're marked ready, and delivery status flows back — nobody retypes an address.
How long does it take to start?
About a week. We connect your orders, set your delivery windows and requirements, and print a first label on your own thermal printer before your first route goes out.
What happens if nobody is home?
The package comes back to the pharmacy — it's never left at a door when the order requires a signature or an ID. The attempt is recorded with photo, time and location, so you can see exactly what happened.
Can we send refrigerated medication?
Yes. Cold orders are flagged from the moment they enter, print with a COLD marker, ride in a cooler, and the driver can't close the stop without meeting the requirement.
Who do we call when something goes wrong?
Usually you don't — monsi flags a late or returning stop to dispatch before it becomes a problem. When you do call, you reach the same people who run the routes.

monsi is a pharmacy logistics company. Not a courier that also takes prescriptions — medication is the only thing we carry, and everything we own is built around it.

We exist so it doesn't have to.
