What areas does monsi deliver to?

Miami-Dade with same-day, next-day and emergency delivery, all of Broward, and South Palm Beach next to the Broward line. We do not serve the Florida Keys.

Is monsi HIPAA compliant?

monsi handles patient information with HIPAA-conscious practices and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for every pharmacy.

What proof of delivery do you capture?

Every stop closes with a photo at the door, signature, photo ID when required, cold chain confirmation and GPS at the moment of delivery.
