A pharmacy delivery operator built from real operations, not a product spec.

Monsi runs prescription delivery for independent pharmacies in South Florida. Drivers, dispatch, and the technology that powers both — operated end-to-end. This page exists so you know who you're hiring.

why this exists

My uncle runs a pharmacy delivery company.

For the last few years I watched him juggle a spreadsheet of stops, a pile of printed manifests, a group chat with drivers, and a courier vendor that charged by the mile and didn't share route data. Every evening was a reconciliation exercise.

The vendors that existed were either built for huge national chains (priced accordingly) or rebadged rideshare software that didn't understand pharmacy — no HIPAA posture, no concept of patient verification, no way to keep medication names off a driver's screen.

So we built the delivery operator we'd want to hire. Drivers, dispatch, routing, patient communication, reconciliation — all on a system written for the work.

who it's for

Independent pharmacies in South Florida that...

  • 01Run delivery in Miami-Dade or Broward
  • 02Want to know exactly where every script is without calling a dispatcher
  • 03Care about HIPAA posture, not just HIPAA marketing
  • 04Would rather hand off the operation than hire one more driver

If you're outside South Florida, we'd still like to hear from you — expansion is request-driven and we keep a list of pharmacies in waiting markets.

the manifesto

What we won't do.

01

Drivers never see medication names

Minimum-necessary PHI is a hard rule in the operation. The driver app sees a barcode, not what's in the bag.

02

Don't claim compliance we don't have

The Trust Center lists what's live, what's in progress, and what's not on the roadmap. No bluffing.

03

One package, one invoice

No tiered software fees, no add-ons, no per-feature upselling. Pricing is set per pharmacy and that's the whole list.

04

Don't lock data in

Pharmacies can export their delivery history any time. Walking is always cheaper than staying.

See our Trust Center and HIPAA BAA.

how we're funded

Bootstrapped. Operated, not raised.

No venture capital, no outside investors, no obligation to grow at a pace that would force corner-cutting on compliance or driver quality. Revenue comes from pharmacies paying for delivery. That's it.

Pricing has to be fair enough that pharmacies actually pay it — so it is. There's no sales team chasing a quarterly number, so nobody is incentivized to oversell.

who runs it

Aaron Núñez. One operator.

I write the code, run the deployments, sit on support, and ride along on routes when something looks off. When that's no longer true, this page will say so.
