A Monsi driver picks up at your counter.
Pickup window runs 8am–9pm daily across Miami-Dade and Broward — same-day, next-day, or emergency runs depending on the script. Each one is barcode-scanned and chain-of-custody captured at handoff.

We plan the route. Our drivers run it.
Routes are optimized inside the Monsi platform — the proprietary engine we built to run our service. Trained Monsi drivers run the iOS/Android app and never see medication names.
